Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Ambassadors to promote United Nigeria Airlines' brand, drive ticket sales, and build lasting relationships with customers and travel partners. The ideal candidate is passionate about aviation, customer service, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
Location
All UNA Stations except Lagos and Abuja
Key Responsibilities
- Promote United Nigeria Airlines' services to individual and corporate clients
- Drive ticket sales through direct marketing, travel agency partnerships, and corporate outreach
- Represent the airline at trade shows, roadshows, and promotional events
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Provide timely feedback to management on customer needs, problems, and interests
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by your Line Manager
Required Qualifications
- Minimum HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or aviation
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Knowledge of airline reservation systems (e.g., Videcon, Sabre) is a plus
