Job Summary
Swift Networks Limited, a facilities-based telecommunications services provider, is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Agents to join our team in the Lekki and Mainland areas of Lagos. This contract role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a drive to earn. You will be responsible for promoting our services and acquiring new customers. This position offers a solid base pay plus an attractive commission for each successful activation, providing a great opportunity to grow your income based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new customer leads within your assigned territory
- Present, promote, and sell Swift Networks' products and services using solid arguments to potential customers
- Perform cost-benefit analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Ensure all customer activations are completed successfully and documented
- Build and maintain positive business relationships with customers
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Must reside in either Lekki or the Mainland area of Lagos
- A passion for sales and a proven ability to meet targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Educational Requirements
- Monotechnic certificate (minimum requirement)
- University Degree with Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or higher is an advantage and may position you for future consideration as a Sales Executive
