## Title: Sales Agent - People Capacity Management

About the Role

A reputable organization is seeking a dedicated Sales Agent to drive business growth through lead qualification, conversion, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make onboarding calls and qualify new leads
  • Close leads on hotel services
  • Use provided onboarding scripts and CRM tools to track and manage leads
  • Share brochures, quotes, and deal updates professionally with prospects
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and updates with leads to ensure engagement
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth post-sale handover and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum OND (Ordinary National Diploma)
  • 1 - 4 years of experience in a similar sales role
  • Fluent spoken and written English

Preferred Experience

  • Background in sales, hospitality, or travel industry

Essential Skills & Attributes

  • High emotional intelligence and customer-first mindset
  • Organized and proactive approach to work
  • Comfortable with technology and digital tools (Google Suite, WhatsApp, CRM platforms)
