## Title: Sales Advisor – Property Sales

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our sales team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will identify client needs, provide suitable property solutions, and guide clients through their decision-making journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable property solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up support
  • Conduct property presentations, inspections, and marketing activities
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree, HND, or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Preferred residency in Lekki, Ajah, or nearby areas
  • Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage
