## Title: Sales Administrative Officer

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Sales Administrative Officer at AACE Food Processing & Distribution Limited in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Order Management

  • Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner across B2B and retail channels
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of products
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with Procurement/Warehouse to prevent stock-outs

Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and records
  • Generate regular sales reports, including sales performance, order status, and customer analytics
  • Support the Sales Manager with data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps

Customer Relationship & Coordination

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external sales-related inquiries
  • Follow up with clients on orders, deliveries, and payment schedules
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure promotional activities are implemented effectively

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
  • Identify and propose improvements to sales processes for efficiency and accuracy
  • Assist in compliance with contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales administration within FMCG, B2B, and retail sales environments
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and order management
  • Familiarity with ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools
