## Title: Sales & Administration Officer

Job Purpose

The Sales and Administration Officer is responsible for supporting the sales function through administrative coordination, client engagement, and operational support, ensuring smooth office operations and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Assist in achieving sales targets by coordinating leads, follow-ups, and client communications
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
  • Maintain and update customer database and sales records
  • Support the sales team in client meetings, awareness campaigns, and presentations

Administrative Support

  • Manage day-to-day office operations including correspondence, filing, and office supplies
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events
  • Maintain accurate documentation for operational processes
  • Support reporting and analytics for management as required

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely responses
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues where necessary

Key Performance Indicators

  • Timely and accurate sales and administrative reporting
  • Achievement of sales support targets (leads conversion, client follow-ups)
  • Operational efficiency in office management
  • Client satisfaction and responsiveness

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum OND/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3 - 4 years of experience in sales support, administration, or office management
  • Previous exposure to client-facing roles is an advantage

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
  • Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
