Sales Account Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calls
• Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize advertising revenue
• Present, promote, and sell the radio station's advertising products and services to prospective and existing clients
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and advertising contracts
• Negotiate advertising rates and terms, and successfully close sales deals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify advertising trends, competitors, and client needs
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
• Handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
• Collaborate with the marketing, programming, and creative teams to improve sales performance and campaign effectiveness

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in media, advertising, or radio broadcasting
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities
• Target-driven with a strong passion for sales and marketing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
