Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos State, Nigeria, with work from home allowed. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for closing deals, onboarding new customers, overseeing account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, and generating leads.
Daily tasks will include maintaining and growing relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring they receive quality service and support.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of work experience in a sales role
- Proven ability in lead generation, deal closing, and account management
- Strong customer satisfaction focus
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in the ICT industry is an advantage
