Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, driving client success and revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic lead generation and networking
- Deliver consultative sales by understanding customer challenges and recommending tailored technology solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver proposals, product demos, and solution architecture
- Maintain high client satisfaction to ensure long-term relationships and recurring business
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay updated on ICT trends, competitor activities, and industry insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager or Business Development Executive
- Proven success in selling IT infrastructure, enterprise software, or security solutions
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills with a hunter mentality
- Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value for clients
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Solid knowledge of lead generation, deal negotiation, and CRM tools
Work Requirements
- Must be comfortable working in an on-site setting
- Must be located within commutable distance to Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria
- Must be able to start immediately
