About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and support customer acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential business customers, introducing them to Lenco's digital banking solutions, and converting prospective leads into active clients.
This role is highly performance-driven and requires strong outbound prospecting, pitching, and closing skills with small- to medium-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads through scouting, cold calls, and networking
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships through active follow-up
- Deliver compelling product pitches and demonstrations tailored to prospect requirements
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead quality and improve customer acquisition strategies
- Stay updated on Lenco's product features, competitive landscape, and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- 2-5 years of sales, telemarketing, or business development experience
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
