An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our sales team. This position involves driving new business development while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients, follow up on leads, and conduct sales presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to foster loyalty and identify new business opportunities
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products to answer questions and explain their value to potential customers
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to secure sales and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics in a CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to maintain a competitive edge
