About the Role
The Room Division Manager will oversee the smooth operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services departments. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest experiences, efficient operational management, and adherence to brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service
- Develop and train team members to maintain high service standards
- Monitor occupancy levels, room revenue, and service quality
- Manage budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration between departments
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems and operational standards
- A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
