About the Role

Hitech Construction Company Limited is seeking a talented and experienced Road Design Engineer with strong expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with hands-on experience in road design, geometric modelling, and infrastructure engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed road design drawings using Civil 3D (alignments, corridors, cross-sections, profiles)
• Develop designs for highways, access roads, and drainage systems
• Perform earthwork calculations, grading design, and prepare volume reports
• Interpret and integrate survey data into road design models
• Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate design delivery
• Prepare and update BOQs, design reports, and technical documentation
• Provide engineering support during construction and resolve design-related issues
• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and project specifications

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Civil Engineering, Surveying Engineering, or related field
• 3–7 years' experience in road design or civil infrastructure projects
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D (mandatory)
• Experience in geometric road design and construction documentation
• Strong analytical, communication, and technical reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and within project teams
