Job Summary
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Risk Recovery Executive (RRE) to drive effective recovery actions, reduce overdue customers, and support the implementation of risk strategy policies at the branch level. This role ensures strong collaboration with DSAs and the Sales Department, oversees repossession activities, and provides accurate reporting to support portfolio health and business sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Collections & DSA Coordination
- Follow up daily with DSAs to ensure prompt collection of outstanding repayments
- Monitor DSA performance and escalate challenges or non-performance to the Collection Specialist
- Escalate any fraudulent activities involving DSAs or the Sales team during installations, payments, or any other related processes within the branch's coverage area
Risk Strategy Implementation
- Implement Risk Strategy policies at the branch level
- Drive actions aimed at achieving at least 95% control of overdue customers within the branch
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection and recovery reports
- Maintain updated records of overdue accounts, repossession activities, and agent feedback
Branch Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales Department to ensure proper customer profiling and responsible selling
- Provide feedback on customer repayment behaviour to help improve sales quality
- Take full ownership of risk management activities within the branch
- Ensure all risk-related processes are followed strictly across the sales and collection cycle
Repossession & Asset Recovery
- Ensure full compliance with repossession processes and policies
- Coordinate and lead repossession activities with DSAs, ensuring all recovered kits are accurately reported, properly documented, and recorded
- Take responsibility for end-to-end management of overdue customers
- Execute proactive recovery actions
