Role Overview

Fez Delivery Co is seeking a qualified Rider Operations Manager to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of our rider operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee rider performance and operational excellence
• Recruit and train delivery riders
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards and quality benchmarks
• Track and analyze key performance metrics
• Resolve rider-related issues promptly and effectively
• Implement operational improvements and process enhancements
• Collaborate with the management team to align operations with company goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in Operations Management and Logistics
• Expertise in Rider Coordination and last-mile logistics (advantageous)
• Demonstrated ability to train, evaluate, and motivate team members
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Leadership experience managing operational teams
• Proficiency with performance tracking tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
