Revenue to Cash Officer at Hobark International Limited (HIL)

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Revenue to Cash Officer to join our team. This position is responsible for managing the complete revenue cycle from invoicing through cash collection, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and post invoices, receipts, and customer orders in the ERP system
• Maintain accurate receivables records and reconcile customer accounts
• Prepare ageing schedules and support collections follow-up activities
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and company accounting procedures
• Maintain organized documentation and assist with audit requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years' experience in invoicing, receivables, or revenue accounting (experience in Oil & Gas or project-service industry is a plus)
• ERP system experience is an advantage
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Excellent documentation and organizational abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
