Revenue to Cash Officer at Hobark International Limited (HIL)

About the Role

Hobark International Limited (HIL) is seeking a qualified Revenue to Cash Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete revenue cycle, from invoicing through cash collection, while ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and post invoices, receipts, and customer orders in the ERP system
• Maintain accurate receivables records and reconcile customer accounts
• Prepare ageing schedules and support collections follow-up activities
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and company accounting procedures
• Maintain organized documentation and assist with audit requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong Excel, analytical, and documentation skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in invoicing, receivables, or revenue accounting
• Experience in the Oil & Gas or project-service industry
• ERP system experience
