An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Overview:
  • Welcome customers as they enter the boutique
  • Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services and assist with requests
  • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products
  • Inform customers about new arrivals and special offers
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services
  • Restock and organize merchandise on the sales floor
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements: The successful candidate must:
  • Have a B.Sc./HND/OND
  • 2+ years in a similar retail business position
  • Be young, well-spoken, articulate & friendly
  • Have the ability to work in a team
  • Be healthy, fit & able to stand for hours on the shop floor.
