Position Overview:
- We are seeking a Retail Manager to lead the launch and growth of our retail business. You will oversee store openings, operations, team building, merchandising, and customer experience, ensuring every retail space embodies our premium aesthetic.

- Curate in-store collections and oversee merchandising & inventory control.
- Monitor sales, KPIs, and store performance.
- Identify new retail opportunities, partnerships, and expansion locations.
- 5+ years in premium or luxury retail leadership.
- Proven track record in launching/managing high-end stores.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and customer journey design.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about lifestyle, fashion, sustainability, and African excellence.
