Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising compliance
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve service delivery
• Prepare and analyze sales, operations, and performance reports for management review
• Coordinate with other departments (marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations) to optimize business performance
• Drive initiatives that enhance brand visibility, customer loyalty, and overall business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• 4–6 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or lifestyle business management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to manage retail operations, drive sales, and deliver results
• Experience in lifestyle, hospitality, or customer-centric businesses is an added advantage
