Result Desk Officer (Lab) at E-Clinic & Diagnostic

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in a laboratory environment. As a Results Desk Officer, you will play a key role in managing laboratory test results and supporting the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and organise laboratory test results before distribution
• Ensure all test results are accurately recorded and filed in the laboratory management system
• Assist in preparing and printing patient reports for collection
• Support laboratory staff in handling paperwork and data entry tasks
• Communicate with doctors, nurses, and other medical personnel regarding test results as needed
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor

Required Qualifications

• OND/NCE in Microbiology, Integrated Science, Biology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, Health Information Management, or a related field
• Note: Applicants with a Bachelor's degree or HND should not apply, as applications will not be reviewed

Required Skills & Attributes

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and medical record-keeping software
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of patient information
• Basic understanding of medical laboratory operations and procedures (advantageous)
