Restaurant Supervisor - La' Deluxe Eatery, Lagos

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional for the Restaurant Supervisor role at our Osubi, Warri – Delta State location. The ideal candidate will be smart, intelligent, and capable of maintaining high operational standards while leading a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility in the front-of-house area to address customer issues promptly and ensure staff are always smiling and well-coordinated
• Supervise subordinates to ensure all required products are available according to the product schedule and are well-presented for customers
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that could adversely affect product availability and display
• Ensure timely requisition of products to prevent outages
• Supervise staff to prevent product and cash shortages
• Enforce standard operating procedures and monitor staff compliance
• Investigate and resolve any shortages by identifying root causes and implementing immediate solutions
• Ensure proper handling of equipment (microwave, chillers, POS systems, and computers) to prevent damage and operational disruptions
• Submit required reports on schedule
• Oversee shift closing procedures, including cash verification from cashiers, ensuring the dining area is cleaned and reset, equipment is turned off (TV, air conditioning, music), all lights are switched off, and doors are locked

Requirements

• Minimum National Diploma (ND) or equivalent qualification in a related field
• 2–3 years of work experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• Proactive and smart problem-solving approach
• Must reside within Osubi, Warri – Delta State or its environs
