## Title: Restaurant Manager

About the Job

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our outlet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant operations while maintaining high profitability, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily front and back of house restaurant operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity
  • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
  • Recommend strategies to reach a broader audience (e.g., discounts and social media marketing)
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
  • Implement policies and protocols to maintain future restaurant operations

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or F&B Manager
  • B.Sc degree in Business Administration (hospitality management or culinary school training is a plus)
  • Proven customer service experience in a management role
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent people management abilities
  • Financial management skills, including intermediate proficiency with Excel for reporting
