About the Job
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our outlet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant operations while maintaining high profitability, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily front and back of house restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
- Recommend strategies to reach a broader audience (e.g., discounts and social media marketing)
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Implement policies and protocols to maintain future restaurant operations
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or F&B Manager
- B.Sc degree in Business Administration (hospitality management or culinary school training is a plus)
- Proven customer service experience in a management role
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent people management abilities
- Financial management skills, including intermediate proficiency with Excel for reporting
