Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

• Own, lead, inspire, and supervise all daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Ensure smooth workflow and maintain high operational standards
• Maintain impeccable standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local health and safety regulations

Team Leadership

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff members
• Create a positive work environment that motivates the team
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service

Business Management

• Implement and enforce brand policies, standard operating procedures, and quality standards
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain vendor relationships
• Drive revenue and control costs to ensure profitability
• Track expenses, monitor budgets, and analyze financial data for continuous improvement
• Handle administrative tasks including payroll and reporting

Customer Service

• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction
• Lead by example in delivering excellent service standards

Marketing and Sales

• Drive marketing initiatives to increase customer traffic and sales
• Promote the restaurants within local communities
• Implement targeted marketing strategies to achieve business goals
