Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across assigned outlets
- Ensure managers and teams deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Monitor sales, staff performance, and inventory management
- Plan and execute restaurant marketing strategies and customer loyalty programs
- Collaborate with production to plan and update menus
- Conduct competitor surveys and provide strategic recommendations to management
- Drive staff training, coaching, and continuous performance improvement
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or higher operations role in a QSR brand
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools and restaurant performance analysis
- Excellent people management and problem-solving skills
