## Title: Restaurant and Lounge Manager

Position Overview

The Restaurant & Lounge Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant and lounge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, premium service delivery, and efficient business performance. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of fine dining standards, customer service, and revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant and lounge operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain fine dining service standards, ambiance, and brand experience at all times
  • Coordinate front-of-house and lounge activities for seamless guest service
  • Monitor opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and facility readiness

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and personalized guest experiences
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and implement service recovery strategies
  • Build relationships with VIP guests and encourage repeat patronage
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality etiquette and presentation

Team Leadership & Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant and lounge staff
  • Develop staff schedules and manage shift planning
  • Enforce grooming, service standards, and performance expectations
  • Motivate staff to achieve service excellence and sales targets

Financial & Revenue Management

  • Monitor daily sales, revenue performance, and operational costs
  • Manage budgets, control expenses, and improve profitability
  • Oversee cash handling, billing accuracy, and POS reconciliation
  • Implement upselling and promotional strategies to increase revenue

Inventory & Vendor Management

  • Supervise inventory control for beverages, supplies, and operational materials
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Work with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of products
