Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new chicken and meat products in line with market trends and customer needs
• Improve existing recipes, formulations, and production processes for better quality, yield, and efficiency
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and marketing teams to execute product trials and scale-ups
• Ensure all product formulations comply with food safety and regulatory standards
• Conduct research on emerging technologies, ingredients, and global best practices in meat processing
• Evaluate raw materials, packaging, and preservation techniques to enhance shelf life and product performance
• Manage laboratory activities, documentation, and performance testing of prototypes
• Provide technical training and support to production teams on new products and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Animal Science, Meat Technology, or related fields
• Minimum of 6–8 years' experience in R&D or product development within the chicken or meat processing industry
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful food products
• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills
• Innovative mindset with a strong passion for quality and consumer satisfaction
