Learning through skills acquisition Initiative (LETSAI) is National Non-Governmental Organization with funding support from CBM titled: BOLD ACTIONS TO STRENGTHEN INCLUSIVE CARE IN COMMUNITIES (BASICC) LETSAI is calling upon potential Bidders suppliers/vendors to submit their proposals regarding procurement of  Start- Up Kits  for Vulnerable persons including persons with disability  Activity 2.4 to be delivered at No. 313 Pompomari by pass Opposite Kotoloma Filing station Maiduguri, Borno State.  Procedure: 

• Bidders are expected to collect the following

• Request for Proposals (RFP) 

• Impartiality form from LETSAI in Maiduguri.

• Bidders are expected to submit quotation for Procurement of  start-up Kits  for Vulnerable persons including persons with disability Activity 2.4

• Bidders are expected to attach alongside the quotation the following document 

• Certificate of incorporation 

• Tax certificate 

• Bank detail form 

• REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFQ)

• Impartiality forms 

• Bidder is expected to sign and stamp all the above documents
