Repair & Spare Parts Technician at Growatt New Energy

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Repair & Spare Parts Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical technical support for solar energy systems while managing spare parts operations and maintaining strong relationships with our distributor partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair distributor inverters and assist with board replacement and inverter troubleshooting
• Manage spare parts records, stock levels, and logistics flow
• Provide technical support for off-grid, on-grid, and energy-storage solar systems via phone calls, messages, and email
• Follow up on outstanding cases from distributor partners and ensure timely resolution
• Support distributors with board replacement and inverter repair activities
• Conduct regular meetings with distributors and maintain close communication
• Prepare meeting minutes and track all pending action items
• Maintain regular communication and reporting with headquarters

Required Qualifications

• Completed secondary education with WASSCE certificate
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in PV system installation, commissioning, and repair
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Valid Nigerian driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Familiarity with major inverter brands
• Experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination
• Knowledge of local languages such as Hausa or Igbo
