Job Summary

Trovest Capital Partners seeks an experienced and driven Relationship Manager – Team Lead to lead deposit mobilization efforts and manage high-value client relationships. The ideal candidate will supervise a team of Relationship Managers, expand the organization's deposit base, strengthen key relationships, and deliver revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the Relationship Management team to deliver on deposit mobilization and sales targets
• Drive aggressive acquisition of fixed deposits and high-value clients
• Manage a portfolio of HNIs, corporate clients, and institutional accounts for retention and growth
• Develop strategies to increase the organization's liability base
• Track market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Oversee team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs
• Prepare periodic performance reports for senior management
• Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding and product delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Relationship Manager, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong expertise in fixed deposits and liability generation
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding deposit mobilization targets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong network within financial services, banking, wealth management, or asset management
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline)
• High level of professionalism, strategic thinking, and commercial awareness
