## Title: Relationship Manager - Private & SME Banking

About the Role

Koins Microfinance Bank is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to manage and develop relationships with our Private and SME banking clients. This position offers the opportunity to drive business growth while providing exceptional client service in a dynamic financial services environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sell loans and financial products to Business Banking clients
  • Ensure clients make timely loan repayments and manage collection follow-up
  • Create and maintain a robust sales lead generation pipeline
  • Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities
  • Meet assigned sales targets and performance metrics
  • Ensure prompt service delivery and maintain acceptable turnaround times
  • Advise clients on new products and services and drive adoption
  • Effectively manage and nurture relationships with all assigned clients
  • Provide support to the Team Lead and broader banking team

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in banking or financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
