Relationship Manager, Dedicated Banking

Position Overview

The Relationship Manager will originate and manage relationships with religious bodies and corporate clients to ensure optimal customer acquisition, retention, and income generation through the sale of Assets, Liability, and Cash Management products.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the development of prudently priced assets and cost-effective long-term liability products with reputable companies and organizations to ensure maximum bank profitability
• Identify and develop target pipelines and aggressively market new profitable customer opportunities from identified target sectors
• Manage key religious body and corporate customer relationships through regular contacts and visits, maintaining effective call programs on all assigned and prospect customers
• Maintain high professional standards and provide quality services with competitive pricing to clients
• Originate, maintain, and develop relationships in the corporate and public sector markets
• Cross-sell the bank's full suite of products to corporate market operators
• Ensure effective customer loyalty programs for networking and deepening Corporate Banking market penetration
• Account for all relevant segment and product metrics within bank policy, including risk limits, delinquency, and compliance requirements
• Negotiate terms and conditions and prepare credit applications for new loan facilities for Corporate Banking clients
• Structure credit facilities to address customer needs and prepare/review credit proposals
• Present and defend Corporate Banking credit applications to the Credit Committee
• Review and authorize corporate banking credit applications within assigned authority
