Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos. The Regulatory Compliance Manager will oversee the organization's adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, conduct compliance audits, and ensure policies align with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify compliance risks and develop solutions to mitigate them
• Conduct compliance audits across the organization
• Prepare necessary documentation and regulatory filings
• Ensure organizational policies align with applicable regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to address regulatory concerns

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Strong expertise in Regulatory Compliance and understanding of Regulatory Requirements
• Proficiency in Regulatory Affairs and familiarity with industry-specific regulations
• Excellent analytical skills to assess compliance risks and interpret regulations effectively
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in regulatory or compliance management roles
