Registered Nurse / Midwife at Abuja Clinics

About the Role

Abuja Clinics is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse and Midwife to join our healthcare team in Abuja, Nigeria. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting while collaborating with our medical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement nursing care plans for patients in designated work stations
• Assist the medical team in patient diagnosis and treatment
• Perform clinical procedures including patient admission and discharge, history taking, vital sign monitoring, wound dressings, medication administration, and IV placement
• Conduct patient triage and provide necessary follow-up care
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all patient encounters
• Report incidents promptly and manage patient grievances
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, policies, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment at all times

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Midwife (RM) credentials with active practicing license
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related nursing or midwifery role
• Relevant formal qualifications in nursing or midwifery
