Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care at our medical facility in Magodo Phase 2, Lagos. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical competence, professionalism, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with physicians' orders and established protocols
• Perform clinical evaluations, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage patient records
• Assist in the management of emergency, medical, and surgical cases
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation
• Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention and control standards
• Support the healthcare team in achieving optimal patient outcomes
• Provide patient education and counseling on treatment plans, medication use, and health maintenance
• Demonstrate leadership and teamwork, mentoring junior staff where necessary

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
• Minimum of 1 year of hospital work experience
• Competent in the clinical evaluation and management of emergency, medical, and surgical cases
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team

Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in basic computer operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Client-oriented with the ability to handle complex or emotionally sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
