## Title: Regional Sales Supervisor – North Africa
Position Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Bluenix as a Regional Sales Supervisor covering the North Africa region.
Employment Details
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Location: Abuja, Nigeria
- Coverage Areas: Middle-Belt, North-East, and North-West regions
Target Regions and States
- Middle-Belt Region: Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, FCT-Abuja
- North-East Region: Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Taraba, Yobe
- North-West Region: Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, Zamfara
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the assigned region
- Recruit, manage, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks
- Conduct regular market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences
- Grow regional sales volume and ensure consistent achievement of targets
- Increase product visibility and availability in both retail and project-based channels
- Coordinate regional marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and trade activations
- Establish long-term relationships with wholesalers, contractors, and institutional clients
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 7 years of proven sales and market development experience
- Experience in paints, building materials, or FMCG industries (preferred)

- Market builder with proven ability to introduce and sustain new products in competitive territories
- Excellent negotiator and relationship manager capable of establishing strong ties with distributors, wholesalers, contractors, retailers, and end users

- Self-driven professional who works independently, sets sales priorities, and delivers consistent results without constant supervision
- Regional expert familiar with the geography, culture, and trade networks of the assigned region
- Team player with leadership potential capable of guiding local representatives, junior sales officers, and agents
