## Title: Regional Sales Manager - Pharmaceutical

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage sales teams, and achieve revenue targets within a specific geographical territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with senior executives to establish sales goals, forecast monthly/quarterly/annual targets, and develop specific plans for regional growth
  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives; set performance goals and conduct regular meetings to foster a high-performance culture
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, pharmacies, and key hospital accounts
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies
  • Budget Management: Review regional expenses and manage budgets effectively

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 8 years in pharmaceutical sales, with proven experience in a similar managerial role
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • In-depth understanding of the local pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and regulatory guidelines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities to interpret data and adapt strategies
