## Title: Regional Sales Manager

About the Role

Changeroom is seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies, set sales goals and quotas, and create plans to help the sales team achieve them
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives and territory managers to ensure they are motivated and equipped for success
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for upper management to track progress and identify opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and challenges within the region
  • Work with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure regional sales strategies align with broader company objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, suppliers, and other business partners

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (additional qualifications are an advantage)
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a sales team effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
