## Title: Regional Sales Executive – Medical Equipment

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Executive to join our expanding team at Ascentech Services Limited. This is an opportunity to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the success of our medical equipment business across the Lagos region.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with overall corporate objectives
  • Aggressively pursue and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Grow sales revenue and market share across all assigned regions
  • Identify and follow through on new business opportunities
  • Monitor changes in the economic and business environment that may warrant modifications to the business model
  • Analyze market trends and recommend strategic adjustments based on analysis and feedback
  • Protect and enhance company image in all sales and marketing activities
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting on a periodic basis and articulate strategies to achieve targets

Customer & Relationship Management

  • Foster a customer-centric organizational culture driven by teamwork and strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Champion the development and implementation of customer satisfaction and retention initiatives in line with organizational strategies
  • Monitor effectiveness of customer initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Develop, support, and maintain key relationships with individuals, external groups, partner organizations, influencers, and local communities
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure timely product delivery, installation, training, and commissioning

Financial Management

  • Follow up on all outstanding payments and ensure full and timely collection of all sales
  • Complete and update all necessary reports on the ERP/CRM system and other required platforms

Requirements

  • Reputable undergraduate degree in social sciences, medical science, or other relevant fields
  • Postgraduate qualification (details to be confirmed)
