Regional Project Manager - Delta

About the Role

An established technology services company is seeking a Regional Project Manager to support the delivery of Fiber to the Home (FTTH) projects across the region. You will work alongside the Project Manager to ensure successful execution of regional initiatives while maintaining quality standards and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing FTTH project delivery across the region
• Oversee site construction, permits, documentation, and subcontractor coordination
• Track project progress, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery
• Ensure construction quality meets engineering standards and contract requirements
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and technical teams for installation, commissioning, and acceptance
• Support process optimization and standardization of regional project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of FTTH project management or relevant telecom project experience
• Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Proficient in English and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FTTH deployment, civil works, ADSS, or figure-8 cable
• Knowledge of MS Project or Power BI
