A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role.
- The Regional Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate security operations within the assigned region, ensuring effective service delivery, regulatory compliance, and alignment with Hogan Guards’ operational standards and strategic objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day security operations across assigned locations within the region.
- Implement, monitor, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Supervise guard deployment, patrol activities, and field operations to ensure optimal coverage.
- Manage incident response, investigations, reporting, and quality assurance processes.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, contractual, and company requirements.
- Monitor operational performance and implement efficiency improvements.
- Prepare operational reports and provide inputs for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (MBA or professional certification is an advantage).
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in operations management, preferably within the security services sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and risk management capabilities.
- Proven experience managing large teams and multi-site operations.
