Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Marketing Manager to lead and execute all regional marketing initiatives for Tolaram Group. You will drive brand visibility, support dealer and network activities, engage riders and mechanics, and accelerate retail growth across the region. This role demands strong expertise in field marketing, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of regional market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional BTL activations, market storms, fleet engagements, service camps, park activities, and product launch support
- Strengthen dealer visibility and run localized promotional initiatives to drive sell-out
- Build and maintain strong relationships with park chairmen, mechanic clusters, Okada associations, MFIs, and fleet owners
- Track competitor activities and provide monthly market intelligence reports
- Coordinate regional digital content and ensure strong brand presence across OOH assets
- Manage activation vendors, ensure timely reporting, and deliver KPIs within allocated budgets
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- 3–6 years of field marketing experience in Automotive, FMCG, or Mobility sectors
- Strong command of local languages (English and Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa depending on region)
- Hands-on experience in BTL execution, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement
