Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple store operations to ensure consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and achievement of sales targets across all locations
• Lead and manage large teams across various branches, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring to drive staff productivity and engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field (Master's degree/MBA is an added advantage)
• Professional certifications such as CIPM, NIM, or related management/operations certifications are beneficial
• Proven experience managing multiple stores across different locations, ensuring operational consistency and performance
