Regional Coordinator - South East Region

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. As Regional Coordinator for the South East Region, you will serve as the growth champion responsible for overseeing regional operations and driving performance to meet organisational goals. You will manage teams, analyse financial reports, coordinate business activities, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities across the south east region.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate teams to achieve regional targets and performance goals
• Partner with Management to develop, refine, and execute the regional commercial and marketing road map
• Lead and oversee all marketing and branding activities across the South Eastern region, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Design and optimise comprehensive briefs for campaigns and events focused on upper-funnel growth and customer acquisition
• Manage CRM engagement across retail and partner audiences
• Launch regional initiatives that strengthen brand presence and support commercial priorities
• Conduct financial analysis and strategic planning to ensure optimal decision-making and goal alignment
• Implement company policies and ensure regional compliance with organisational standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4–5 years of proven experience in a similar regional coordination or management role with a track record of achieving targets
• Experience in banking, financial services, or a related field (advantageous)
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and implement solutions promptly
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
