## Title: Regional Account Manager – Northern Region

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Regional Account Manager. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving revenue growth and building lasting business relationships across the Northern region.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Revenue & Regional Growth

  • Spearhead business development and sales strategy across the Northern region
  • Identify untapped market opportunities and convert them into sustainable revenue streams
  • Own ambitious targets and consistently exceed expectations

Build & Manage Strategic Relationships

  • Serve as the trusted advisor to key clients—ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships
  • Engage C-suite executives, legal professionals, and decision-makers across sectors
  • Represent the company at high-profile industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings

Lead with Impact

  • Oversee regional operations, team performance, and client service excellence
  • Provide market intelligence that shapes product innovation and business strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to align regional goals with company vision

Required Experience & Credentials

  • 7–10+ years in sales, client account management, or business development—ideally within legaltech, ICT, SaaS, or professional services
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding aggressive sales targets and managing high-value accounts
  • Leadership experience managing teams or driving regional business operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or related field (MBA or professional certifications are a strong plus)
  • Familiarity with the legal industry ecosystem is highly advantageous
