About the Role

Adron Homes & Properties Limited seeks a strategic and results-driven Regional Business Manager to lead operations, drive growth, and ensure market leadership in an assigned territory. You will coordinate all HR duties, administrative functions, and legal documentation within your region while ensuring operational efficiency, effective people management, proper documentation, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all real estate operations within the assigned region
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and profitability
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and expansion strategies
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing regional sales and operations team
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
• Prepare and present regular business reports to senior management
• Oversee efficient day-to-day operations in the region
• Manage recruitment and onboarding of junior staff and Business Executives to support regional growth
• Maintain proper filing systems and accurate record keeping for all HR and administrative documents
• Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations affecting staff and operations
• Support employee relations, engagement, and performance management in line with company policies
• Serve as the first point of contact for HCM and administrative matters within the region, escalating issues where necessary
• Prepare and submit periodic HR and administrative reports to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent international law degree
• Licensed to practice law in at least one major jurisdiction
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior legal or general counsel role
• Demonstrated experience in multinational legal environments and cross-border operations
