Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategy and workforce planning initiatives
• Lead talent acquisition and sourcing efforts
• Manage selection, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Drive talent management and development programs
• Strengthen employer branding and enhance candidate experience
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and manage reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
• 3-5 years of proven experience in tech and Fintech recruitment and talent acquisition/HR management
• Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and data-driven hiring practices
• Demonstrated expertise in employer branding

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field
• Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or PHRI
