About the Role

Inner Galaxy Steel Company Limited is seeking a qualified Recruitment Supervisor to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will oversee all recruitment, training, and retention activities for Nigerian team members within your designated region.

Key Responsibilities

• Select, train, and retain Nigerian team members in the assigned region
• Recruit high-caliber Nigerian talent within the designated area
• Conduct background investigations for senior-level Nigerian personnel
• Deliver induction training, corporate culture training, and capacity building programs for Nigerian employees
• Promote and supervise the implementation of company headquarters policies and systems
• Liaise with company headquarters on all personnel-related matters

Required Qualifications

• University degree (preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Management)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources management and recruitment
• Proficiency in computer operations and office software
• Strong team management, organizational, coordination, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Chinese language communication skills
• Previous experience working with Chinese or international companies
