## Title: Recruitment Officer

About the Role

Eko Maintenance Limited is seeking a Recruitment Officer to manage all recruitment activities for the organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and implement comprehensive recruitment plans for local and expatriate positions
  • Liaise with site managers and supervisors to determine staffing requirements
  • Fill current and future vacancies within the company
  • Manage job postings and source resumes for interview consideration
  • Conduct interviews alongside line managers
  • Contact and communicate with successful candidates regarding employment offers
  • Handle the complete onboarding process, including induction and orientation for new employees
  • Provide new employees with all necessary items and resources required to perform their duties
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 2–4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
  • Strong ability to make informed decisions regarding candidate suitability and hiring recommendations
  • Proficiency with recruitment management tools and systems
