About the Role
Eko Maintenance Limited is seeking a Recruitment Officer to manage all recruitment activities for the organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and implement comprehensive recruitment plans for local and expatriate positions
- Liaise with site managers and supervisors to determine staffing requirements
- Fill current and future vacancies within the company
- Manage job postings and source resumes for interview consideration
- Conduct interviews alongside line managers
- Contact and communicate with successful candidates regarding employment offers
- Handle the complete onboarding process, including induction and orientation for new employees
- Provide new employees with all necessary items and resources required to perform their duties
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Strong ability to make informed decisions regarding candidate suitability and hiring recommendations
- Proficiency with recruitment management tools and systems
