## Title: Recruitment Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, engaging clients, and delivering top-tier talent acquisition solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
  • Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment advisory support
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across various roles
  • Prepare and share candidate reports, interview summaries, and weekly recruitment updates
  • Use recruitment tools, job boards, and social media to attract suitable talent
  • Conduct reference checks and support onboarding activities
  • Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Ensure timely delivery of recruitment projects and adherence to service-level expectations

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of proven recruitment experience
  • Minimum of 2 years working in a consulting or HR services environment
  • Relevant qualifications in recruitment, HR, or related field
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
  • Excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (preferred)
