About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, engaging clients, and delivering top-tier talent acquisition solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
- Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment advisory support
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across various roles
- Prepare and share candidate reports, interview summaries, and weekly recruitment updates
- Use recruitment tools, job boards, and social media to attract suitable talent
- Conduct reference checks and support onboarding activities
- Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Ensure timely delivery of recruitment projects and adherence to service-level expectations
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven recruitment experience
- Minimum of 2 years working in a consulting or HR services environment
- Relevant qualifications in recruitment, HR, or related field
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (preferred)
